IAADFS exhibition space in Orlando sells out
By Kevin Rozario |
The 2013 Duty Free Show of the Americas has sold out of exhibition space with more than two months to go to the event.
Organiser, IAADFS (International Association of Airport Duty Free Stores), says that more than 7,000sq m (75,000sq ft) has been claimed and the international trade association puts much of the demand down to a high rate of return of 2012 exhibitors and also requests for larger spaces.
IAADFS, which has approximately 400 company members, says that the Orlando show (taking place from 7-10 April) has also “experienced renewed interest from companies that haven’t participated for several years” as well as many new exhibitors requesting space.
Exhibitors returning after an absence include: Anne Klein Watches (a division of E Gluck Corp), CBM/Meade Ray, Crislu Corporation, INCC Group, Joanel, Specialty Brands Wines & Spirits, SPI Spirits Cyprus, Troika Germany, and The Underberg Group.
First-time exhibitors include Atra-Odyssey, Bodegas Franco-Espanolas, Elite, Ellessco, Extreme Design, F Beverages, Fervor (SAG Trading), Flawless Holding, LuckyClover, Marlite, Naftali, Opticaset, Parfums Berdoues, Sarkli Repechage, Savalia Group, Schaefer Toy Company, Shopper Shop, TPR Holdings, Tu-Be Branding and Wefort.
In 2012, more than 170 companies exhibited at the event which takes places at the World Center Marriott in Orlando, Florida.
