IAADFS into two-week countdown
By Doug Newhouse |

Just two weeks remain for delegates to take advantage of discounted registration for the 2014 IAADFS Duty Free Show of the Americas.
In terms of exhibitors the event is already sold out and once again it will take place this year at the Orlando World Center Marriott (March 9-12), while the period for discounted registration fees for online registration expires on January 17, 2014.
IAADFS says this offers delegates the chance to take advantage of the lowest available registration fees and save $50 per attendee by registering online. Once again, the registration fee remains unchanged from 2013 at $350 per person if conducted online with payment made by the aforementioned deadline.

ALL IN ONE STOP PACKAGE…
The organisers say that the cost of registration includes access to the three-day Trademarket exhibit hall, as well as Sunday night’s Opening Reception, Tuesday night’s Gala Evening, and access for the attendee, plus one guest to Club Americas on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights.

As for accommodation, the organisers said: “If you have not already done so, we encourage you to book your sleeping room at the Orlando World Center Marriott as soon as possible. Our confirmed rate for the show is $260 per night excluding applicable taxes and occupancy fees, and the room reservation deadline is Friday, February 7, 2014.
“Since rooms in our block sell quickly, there is no guarantee rooms will be available through February 7, so we recommend that attendees book their rooms as soon as possible to obtain their preferred room choice.”
IAADFS has also put together a video of last year’s event as a taster for anyone thinking about attending this year’s show. This can be accessed by clicking here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AySUbmhjdDI
