The International Association of Airport Duty Free Stores (IAADFS) will relocate its Washington DC headquarters to a new address in the US capital city, effective September.

In a circular, the association confirmed its new address as 2001 K Street NW, 3rd Floor North, Washington, DC 20006.

IAADFS’ headquarters are currently located at 2025 M Street NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20036.

Contact details (telephone, email, website) remain unchanged but IAADFS staff continue to work remotely due to the coronavirus (Covid-19).

Covid-19  cancelled the 2020 Duty Free & Travel Retail Summit of the Americas, but dates for the 2021 event were revealed recently.

The association has been working hard to support its partners with concession support to mitigate against the irreparable damage to global air transport services caused by the pandemic.

In April, Payne talked to TRBusiness’ Adapt & Survive video interview series about the association’s push for more targeted fiscal support for retail concessionaires.
