LAX & Westfield park Miansai truck at Tom Bradley Terminal

Los Angeles World Airports and Westfield have parked a 1965 Piaggio truck at LAX Tom Bradley International’s Terminal, which will display a selection of signature jewellery and leather goods from classic Americana brand, Miansai.
This is just one of the vintage units in the brand’s growing mobile retail fleet and will remain in the terminal through to the end of the year.
The pop-up will be offering unisex cuffs, bracelets, necklaces, watches and leather bags to international travellers who pass the truck, which is stationed at Gate 148 of the international terminal.

“It’s a thrill for us to bring Miansai to such a global audience,” said Michael Saiger, Founder and Creative Director.
“We’re no stranger to bringing our merchandise right to customers. Through this partnership with Westfield, we’re doing exactly that – bringing Miansai to one of the busiest and best international terminals in the world.”
COAST TO COAST TOUR
Miansai has flagship stores in New York and California and its fleet of mobile retail units includes two vintage Airstream trailers, Fiat and Piaggio trucks, which are travelling coast to coast to promote the brand as part of its ongoing Mobile Tour.
“There’s no reason the retail experience at the airport can’t be every bit as exciting as it is on the street,” said Iris Messina, Vice President of Leasing, Westfield Airports.
“Pop-ups like this are a great way to give travellers a unique experience every time they come to the airport.”
