The 1,290sq ft store is designed around the brand’s colours and prints. Touch-screen kiosks in each corner offer an interactive experience for travellers seeking fun and functional gear to touch, feel and see bags in different colours and prints.
A water-station is also located in-store next to a display of the brand’s water-bottles. These are available in a variety of Lug’s signature colours and prints.
Meanwhile, The BWI Lug store has partnered with local charities as part of its Bag Exchange programme. Customers who donate their gently used bags or wallets, receive 10% off new purchases. The used bags and wallets are donated to local charities.
FUNCTIONAL DESIGNS

Co-founder Jason Richter said: “We are flying high with excitement over our first-ever retail store — and by design, it is in an airport, where we can personally interact with individuals and families to help them travel with style and function to destinations around the world.”
