San Francisco Airport issues seven-year retail tender

The San Francisco Airport Commission has issued a request for proposals for the seven-year 723sq m sunglass or cosmetics store lease.
The proposed minimum financial offer for the lease is $125,000.
Rent will be the higher of the minimum annual guarantee or the sum of the percentage rent as follows: 12% of gross revenues up to and including $500,000; plus 14% of gross revenues achieved from $500,000,01 up to and including $1,000,000; plus 16% of gross revenues over $1,000,000,01.
Small, local, and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to participate. The Informational Conference will be held on Wednesday 20 June in the Partnering Conference Room at San Francisco International Airport Terminal 2.
The minimum investment amount per square foot of the premises is $650,000, which equates to ($469,950.00.00)
Participants must have a minimum of three years within the past five years (qualifying years) owning or managing a sunglass or cosmetics business.
The deadline for submissions is 2:00pm on June 29.
