San Francisco Airport releases Terminal 2 bookstore request for proposals
By Luke Barras-hill |
The San Francisco Airport Commission has initiated a request for proposals (RFP) process for the operation of a single bookstore at Terminal 2.
Annual rent for the retail concession lease shall be the higher of a minimum annual guarantee (MAG) of $200,000.00 or 8% of gross revenues achieved up to and including $2,000,000.00, plus 10% of gross revenues over $2,000,000.00.
San Francisco Airport will host an information conference on Wednesday 14 November at 10:00am at the international terminal.
This will offer prospective bidders the chance to discuss concepts, minimum qualification requirements and address any questions related to the lease.
Small, local and disadvantaged enterprises are encouraged to participate.
Last month, San Francisco Airport released a RFP for four retail concessions including a speciality retail store covering Terminal 2 and Harvey Milk Terminal 1.
