Maui Jim Sunglasses will take on a sporty theme at next month's IAADFS Duty Free Show of the Americas where it will present four lightweight Maui Jim Sport models designed specifically for active lifestyles.

The company says that the new styles – Big Beach, Little Beach, Honolua Bay and Thousand Peaks – are designed with 'funky blue', amber, burgundy and black frames, with 'top quality' Maui Evolution lenses and PolarizedPlus2 protection.

In a statement, the company added: ‘All four have hingeless frames with flexible beta titanium temples for a comfortable and secure fit. They have Rabalon nose pads to prevent slippage, whether putting at the 18th or experiencing the thrills of a theme park.

‘These latest Maui Jim Sport frames have a modified rectangular rimless shape, which has unisex appeal. The lens size varies from the slim Little Beach, which would suit small face shapes, to Thousand Peaks which, with its larger lenses, would suit broader faces.’

The company adds that Maui Evolution lens material is a fusion of the best qualities of Maui Jim's SuperThin glass and Polycarbonate lenses, offering 'superior optics, scratch and impact resistance'.

Maui Jim Sunglasses can be found on exhibition stand number 2204 at the IAADFS show next month.
