Open for business: the new Gotham Speakeasy in JFK International Airport T4.

SSP America, a division of SSP Group, has partnered with JFKIAT – the operator of Terminal 4 at JFK International Airport – to open Gotham Speakeasy, an F&B outlet inspired by New York City’s Prohibition-era bars.

Gotham Speakeasy is described as a refined, 1920s-style hideaway, where craft cocktails, elevated bar bites, and timeless design converge.

The Gotham Speakeasy concept pays tribute to the ‘golden age of the cocktail,’ through a thoughtfully curated beverage and food menu.

The cocktail portfolio highlights New York–inspired creations and classic drinks, alongside modern riffs on pre-Prohibition era favourites.

Signature drinks include the Flatiron’s Bloody Fix, Southside of Tequila, Thyme to the Staten Island Ferry, Big Apple Mule, and gin-forward standouts such as Oculus Glint and Hell’s Kitchen Hive. Passengers can also enjoy zero-proof cocktails, in addition to a robust selection of beer and wine.

The food menu features elevated bar bites such as shrimp cocktail, marinated olives, toasties, burrata with roasted tomatoes, chicken caesar salad and a breakfast lineup.
