Customers to Aer Rianta International’s (ARI) The Loop Duty Free shop at Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport in Canada can now browse and pre-order favourite products online before travelling.

Visitors to www.theloopdutyfree.ca can select from more than 4,000 products for purchase using the ‘Click & Collect’ service up to 90 days prior to flying.

The intuitive, responsive website can be accessed using a desktop computer, mobile, tablet or other devices and is available in either French, English or Chinese.

Improved functions include predictive searches, product filters, customer wish-lists and enhanced product inventory synergies for stock availability, prices, promotions and ordering.

These are supported by engaging content from all categories, highlighting appealing marketing campaigns, key offers and exclusive products and brands.

ARI’s ecommerce platform was launched in Ireland (theloop.ie) last year before arriving at The Loop Duty Free at Auckland Airport in February in 2020.
