All those joining the prestigious ‘Voted by Shoppers’ club by being recognised as a finalist, highly recommend or winning entry in this year’s consumer-voted Global Travel Retail Awards can recap on all the action from the glamorous ceremony thanks to our video edit of the evening’s proceedings. 

Whether you were among the victors taking to the stage to collect a trophy, or simply couldn’t join us in the room for the results and excellent networking on Tuesday 30 September at the Hôtel Martinez in Cannes, it’s high time to sit back, relax and press play on our 15-minute video.

The ninth edition of the DF&TR industry’s only consumer-voted awards attracted a full house of 200 guests representing abroad spectrum of leading stakeholders, including Fraport, Starboard, MEADFA, Heathrow, IAADFS, Changi Airport, Lagardère Travel Retail, Dubai Duty Free, and many more, alongside a host of top brands.

More than just a celebration, the awards can be put to very good use on the shop floor with research by m1nd-set showing that 22% of consumers are more likely to purchase a product displaying the ‘Voted by Shoppers’ Finalist logo, rising to 28% for the Highly Recommended logo and 30% for the Winner logo.
