The Travel Retail (TR) Consumer Forum, organised by TRBusiness and event partner m1nd-set, is the duty free and travel retail industry’s only consumer centric conference.

Launched in 2020, the Forum attracts delegates from around the world for a lively and engaging global conference programme and valuable networking. As part of the event, delegates gain exclusive access to consumer insights from data partner m1nd-set valued at six figures (if independently commissioned).

The fourth edition of the TR Consumer Forum is took place from 3-5 June 2024 in Dubai, with Dubai Duty Free as the Host Sponsor. The Travel Retail Awards

Launched in 2018, The Travel Retail Awards is the duty free and travel retail industry’s first and only awards programme that’s voted for entirely by consumers.

Organised by TRBusiness, supported by event partner m1nd-set, the Travel Retail Awards has evolved into one of the most respected awards programmes in the global duty free and travel retail sector.

The 2024 Global Travel Retail Awards ceremony is taking place on Tuesday 1 October, 2024, from 18:45-23:30 at Hôtel Martinez in Cannes.

You can take advantage of attractive early bird rates on tickets. The price of a single ticket is £253 GBP (ex-VAT) with a table of 10 available to book at £2,310 GBP (per table ex-VAT) until 23:55 (UK GMT) on Thursday 29 August. Thereafter, standard rates will apply: Single tickets will be available at £363 GBP (ex-VAT) and tables of 10 priced at £3,190 GBP (per table ex-VAT).
