TRBusiness Managing Editor Luke Barras-Hill caught up with Sebastien Levi, Vice President, Global Travel Retail, Moroccanoil, for an in-depth video interview which featured in our May e-zine.
In the interview, Levi offers an update on business performance in 2021 and explains how the company’s strategy for pursuing three main routes to market – hairdressers, e-commerce and in-store – has paid off for the brand.
‘Not only have we retained customers, but we have attracted new ones during the pandemic,’ he reports.
He also highlights the regions that are showing growth opportunities for the brand, as well as the challenges faced, including a predicted timeline for getting back to pre-covid numbers in Asia.
Ultimately, he highlights how the ‘overall picture is extremely positive’.
