‘Consumer centricity’ underpins Estee Lauder x DFA strategic partnership

The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) has inked a strategic global retail partnership with Duty Free Americas (DFA) to introduce ELC brands into the Americas duty free operator’s shops.
In a statement, ELC says international travellers can browse from ‘a diverse portfolio of iconic brands’ available through DFA’s ‘robust retail network,’ unlocking access to ‘exceptional beauty products and personalised in-store engagement’.
“We are very excited to launch this partnership with The Estée Lauder Companies and its exceptional portfolio of beloved brands,” said Jerome Falic, Chief Executive Officer, Duty Free Americas.
“This collaboration is underpinned by our shared commitment to delivering best-in-class retail experiences for international travellers.

“By integrating ELC’s world-class brand portfolio and deep consumer understanding with DFA’s expansive retail network and operational expertise, together we are uniquely positioned to drive further growth, enhance in-store engagement, and set a new benchmark for excellence in travel retail.”
ELC says the tie-up marks a ‘significant milestone’ in lifting prestige beauty experiences for international travellers and will be a ‘key driver’ in accelerating the brand portfolio across the Americas.
