COTY has announced that Gucci Beauty’s new Éternité De Beauté foundation is launching into selected travel retail markets.
The breathable, lightweight foundation offers full coverage with a luminous matte finish that lasts around the clock. Plus, it contains SPF15.
The 24-hour wear, transfer-proof finish is powered by a combination of ‘high-skin affinity powders’ and coated pigments utilising a proprietary polymer technology.
The result, says Coty, is an even coverage that ‘stays fresh all day’.
A little goes a long way – a single pump of the pigment-concentrated foundation is all that’s needed for all-over coverage thanks to the flexible formulation that spreads and blends easily on the skin.
Infused with hyaluronic acid and black rose oil, the liquid formulation helps to boost and maintain hydration levels, while soothing and comforting the skin.
This foundation also contains bamboo powder to help control shine. Once applied it ‘instantly minimises the appearance of pores and evens the complexion’ while protecting skin from the sun with SPF.
It comes in a sleek, opaque glass bottle topped with an ivory cap and embossed with a gold-toned Gucci logo.
The Éternité de Beauté foundation completes the Gucci Beauty matte face routine for day-to-night make-up looks.
To achieve the desired result, beauty aficionados are advised to start with the Sérum De Beauté Fluide Matifiant or Sérum De Beauté Fluide Soyeux to prime the skin, before applying apply Éternité de Beauté for a unified complexion and using Poudre De Beauté Mat Naturel to ‘set and perfect’ the make-up.
For the finishing touch, consumers can sweep Poudre De Beauté Éclat Soleil over contours to ‘warm-up’ the look or apply Blush De Beauté for a touch of colour on eyes and cheeks.
The campaign, shot by Thurstan Redding, is a high-energy tribute to iconic girl bands. It follows a dynamic group of artists during a day in their music recording studio, showing that their full-coverage, long-lasting looks allow for an unstoppable day of fun.
Gucci’s Eternity De Beaute foundation is available in 40 shades covering a range of four undertones: cool (C), neutral (N), warm (W), and olive (O).
A total of 10 shades are being made available to travel retail.
The product launched on 1 March in travel retail in the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe.
