Hotel Shilla agrees to pay $104.8m for 44% DFASS Inflight stake

South Korea’s second largest travel retailer, Hotel Shilla, has agreed to buy a 44% stake in US-based inflight duty free retailer, DFASS Group for $104.8m as part of a broad strategic partnership to enable it to become a global leader in the DF&TR channel.
