Julie Foley, Head of Retail Training for Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail, spoke at the TR Consumer Forum 2024 in Dubai on the scope and strength of the forum’s agenda.

Foley said the Forum was a crucial event in the travel retail calendar for Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail (PRGTR), as it presents an invaluable platform to showcase its support for the learning and education of its brand consultants, and maintain focus on the human connection in an age of digitalisation.

Foley pinpointed sustainability as the most impressive part of the forum’s agenda, and noted the importance of consideration’s surrounding sustainability and responsibility within CSR as driving pro-active engagement with travellers.

She added PRGTR has plans ongoing to bring a continued focus on people as the lifeblood of its business, with an emphasis on engendering a level of conviviality and togetherness for travellers and employees alike.
