Vantage Airport Group has appointed Suzette Noble to its corporate executive team as Chief Operating Officer of LaGuardia Gateway Partners.
Noble will be responsible for driving forward the Vantage-led private organisation’s $5.1 billion transformation and management of the new Terminal B at New York’s LaGuardia Airport.
This involves implementing high levels of guest service for all stakeholders, maximising commercial revenue and delivering on key processes and metrics.
Reporting directly to Frank Scremin, Chief Executive Officer, LaGuardia Gateway Partners, Noble joins the team as international travel begins to unlock following the devastating impact of Covid-19.

Her resume includes 20 years’ experience working with renowned companies such as Walt Disney World Parks & Resorts, Krispy Kreme and Great Wolf Lodge.
While at Krispy Kreme, Noble led the business through a $150 million retail market launch during the Covid-19 crisis in which she guided the successful opening of the company’s Times Square flagship.

This involved introducing a customer experience engagement programme, relevant health and safety protocols and advising on the rollout of the brand’s eight subsequent New York locations.
At Disney, Noble create a guest engagement programme that converted 32% of guests to $2.6 million in retail sales.
George Casey, Vantage Airport Group Chair and CEO, said: “Suzette’s extensive experience building exceptional guest experience, customer engagement, and complex retail operations programmes make her an ideal fit for this leadership role in the Vantage network and at Terminal B.”
Noble added: “I am very excited about the opportunity to lead the operation and management of a new, world-class airport terminal in New York.
“This role offers an opportunity to help establish an entirely new standard for the airport guest experience – one that is safe, secure, intuitive, engaging, and entertaining – while contributing to Vantage’s broader network of airport and transportation infrastructure projects.”
Vantage Airport Group reports that the LaGuardia T2B project remains on budget and is now more than 80% complete.
The redevelopment includes a 35-gate terminal and a milestone 850,000sq ft arrivals & departures Hall, which opened during the pandemic and features dynamic new shops and restaurants.
