Talking TRMarketplace, Tony Cheung, SmartGo

By Andrew Pentol |

Travel accessories brand SmartGo Worldwide Inc is hoping its participation at TRMarketplace will increase exposure and awareness of its new Pokefi Pocket Wi-Fi Hotspot Device.

The one-button hotspot device helps users stay connected on the go and is pre-loaded with five gigabytes of data, which is ready to use and has no expiry date.

A simple-to-use device, which is part of Hong Kong-based company Everlong’s brand portfolio, SmartGo covers 100 countries and costs $3 per gigabyte to use. Day-passes for overseas and home countries are also available.

Tony Cheung, Founder, SmartGo said: “Our flagship product SmartGo Pokefi is becoming popular on airlines and cruiseships. The 4G Pokefi wi-fi helps people stay connected without expensive roaming charges.

“The brand, however, is rather new, so by exhibiting at TRMarketplace, we hope more people will know about the product globally. We are also looking forward to acquiring some potential partners during the exhibition.”
