Travel Blue on sustainability and growth in Asia Pacific

In this ‘Shorts’ video interview, produced in partnership with Bluedog Group and filmed on location during the TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference in Singapore, Daniel Levin, Managing Director of Travel Blue, spoke with TRBusiness about the opportunities present within Asia Pacific travel retail.
Levin commented on trends towards functionality and value for money among its millennial and Gen Z consumers, highlighted by the launch of its new backpack range designed for on-the-move travellers.
The collection includes 13 styles across three distinct ranges – Traveller, Executive and Everyday – which offer a selection of different sizes and colours.
He also spoke about the importance of targeted sales, which look to address the wants and needs of customers; the company has gone so far as to launch travel pillows in partnership with the Indian premier League, highlighting the notion of specificity in one’s product development.
Travel Blue is set to announce a spate of global listings following the release of its new luggage and backpack lines, Levin teased during his interview.
