A total of 3,029 visitors attended the TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference in Singapore (7-11 May), the association has announced.
This represents a 90% share of attendance at the 2019 event.
Duty free and travel retail operators and landlords numbered 1,291, up 4% compared with 2019.
The totals, an update on last week’s preliminary figures, comes as TFWA commends the strong response it has received to date from exhibitors.
Erik Juul-Mortensen, President, TFWA said: “We are very pleased with the outcome of the 25th TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference. Feedback from exhibitors has been that the quality of the audience has been exceptional, with a strong representation from Asia, Middle East and indeed the world.
“As usual, our team worked hard to ensure the delivery of a successful event for all attendees, and we are grateful for the support from all of our partners and sponsors. We are already looking forward to next year’s event, and once again we’ll be planning to bring together the best and brightest in our industry. Thank you to everyone who made this event a success. See you in Cannes.”
The TFWA World Exhibition & Conference in Cannes is due to take place on 1-5 October.
