TRBusiness Shorts: Newmark Retail’s Simon Black and Nadine Heubel
By Luke Barras-hill |
Welcome to the latest edition of TRBusiness Singapore Shorts, brought to you in partnership with The Bluedog Group.
In this video, TRBusiness hears from strategic retail property consultancy Newmark (formerly operated as Harper Dennis Hobbs Limited), which exhibited for the first time at last week’s TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition (7-11 May) in Singapore.
Against the backdrop of the company’s stand bearing its brand-new Newmark fascia, Simon Black, Executive Managing Director, Newmark Retail UK & EMEA, and Nadine Heubel, Senior Managing Director Travel Retail North America and Global Wholesale, Newmark Retail, identify the trends to watch within its brand portfolio.
Black commented: “Strategically we have some amazing brands that we partner with globally. We are exceptionally strong in Europe and North America and Asia Pacific market represents a huge opportunity for us. We feel we’ve got some great brands that are domestically extremely hot and performing well and we want to bring these into the travel retail market in Asia Pacific.”
