Italian luxury house Bulgari has partnered with Lagardère Travel Retail and Avolta for pop-up activations at Rome Fiumicino and Athens International Airports, respectively.

The Eau Parfumée Collection pop-ups celebrate the maison’s Roman heritage, perfumery and allure of its tea-inspired fragrances.

Taking inspiration from Bulgari’s Via dei Condotti boutique, both spaces feature Travertine marble, brass accents, and the label’s signature saffron hue.

Lush greenery and fresh floral displays denote the collection’s natural origins, while central marble tables display the reborn Eau Parfumée icons – Thé Vert and Thé Blanc – infused with genuine tea extracts and reimagined in more concentrated Eau de Toilette formulations with up to 94% natural-origin ingredients.

The pop-ups welcome travellers to explore the expanded range, including new body shower gels, body lotions, and a Heritage Edition flacon.

Adding a bespoke touch, an on-site artist is available three days a week, creating personalised watercolour illustrations inspired by each client’s chosen scent.

“These openings mark the first chapter in a new wave of Bulgari’s luxury travel retail storytelling, bringing the world of high perfumery to two of Europe’s most prestigious airports,” stated the brand.

Bulgari has debuted two imposing Eau Parfumée Collection pop-ups at Rome Fiumicino and Athens International Airports.

At Athens International Airport (ATH), Bulgari has unveiled the second chapter of its Eau Parfumée Collection, with the brand’s storytelling unfolding across a floor-to-ceiling video wall.

Launched in 1992, the first tea-inspired scent opened up a new type of fragrance, as Thé Vert and Thé Blanc are reborn and infused with genuine tea extracts.

The pop-up takes cues from the Mariage Frères tea emporium in Paris where Master Perfumer Jean-Claude Ellena captured the essence of green tea in a fragrance.

Building upon this success, Jacques Cavalier introduced the Eau Parfumée au Thé Blanc in 2003, crafted with authentic Chinese white tea leaves.

More than three decades since the debut of Eau Parfumée, the classics have been elevated with cutting-edge tea extraction techniques.

The Eau Parfumée collection transitions from its original Eau de Cologne concentration to a more intense Eau de Toilette formulation.

Meanwhile, at Rome Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci Airport (FCO), travellers can indulge their senses in soothing scents and natural greenery.
