Cartwright & Butler Limited Edition Dubai Style Truffles launched into travel retail at the beginning of July.

Cartwright & Butler has welcomed the on-trend Limited Edition Dubai Style Truffles into its premium Truffles & Pralines portfolio.

This latest innovation from the British brand, which is known for its luxury afternoon teatime treats and fine food gifts, launched at the beginning of July into selected domestic and travel retail doors, including World Duty Free and WH Smith Travel.

The milk chocolate truffles, which are filled with a creamy pistachio ganache and knafeh crunch, have been inspired by the viral Dubai Chocolate trend that has taken social media by storm.

“Travel retail represents an exciting opportunity for Cartwright & Butler to reach a discerning global audience seeking premium and gifting-led products,” said Commercial Director Charlotte O’Neill.

“The contemporary flavour profile and elegant presentation of our Dubai Style Truffles is perfectly tailored to the expectations of today’s luxury traveller.

“We see significant potential in this channel, as we continue to grow our footprint and deliver exceptional products that truly stand out on-shelf.”

The truffles are crafted with 35.1% cocoa solids and 10% pistachio paste.

The launch builds on the success of Cartwright & Butler’s Cocoa Dusted Dark Chocolate Pistachios, introduced in 2024, in addition to the continued popularity of its Pistachio Shortbread Biscuits.

The company, which boasts a 115-year heritage, says it is noticing a shift in consumer preferences towards more prestige, experiential products, and is leveraging its agility to introduce innovative flavours and formats to answer this and help to strengthen its position within the luxury confectionery/food sector.
