Two new recruits for Mondelez Travel Retail

Irina-Tarabanko-Mondelez-WTR-lead – TRBusinessMondelez World Travel Retail (WTR) has appointed Irina Tarabanko as Category Marketing Manager and Maryia Avramenko as Senior Brand Manager for Toblerone, both to be based in Mondelez WTR’s office in Zurich, Switzerland.

 

Tarabanko joined Mondelez in 2012 and has held key marketing roles, most recently as Marketing Manager responsible for key Local and International biscuit brands across the EEMEA region.

 

In her new role, effective 1 August, she will be heading up the Category Marketing Team and be responsible for growing Mondelez’s brand portfolio within the travel retail channel. Reporting to Tarabanko will be:

Richard Houseago – Senior Brand Manager, Cadbury, Biscuits, Gum and Candy; Magdalena Maciejewska – Brand Manager, Milka and Nordic Chocolate Brands and Maryia Avramenko – Senior Brand Manager, Toblerone.

 

Prior to joining Mondelez, Avramenko enjoyed a ten-year marketing career at British American Tobacco, latterly as Senior Brand Manager, Global Travel Retail. She will be taking on full brand management responsibility for Toblerone in travel retail, executing programmes which build the presence of the iconic, number one chocolate brand in the channel.

Maryia Avramenko has been appointed Senior Brand Manager for Toblerone.
