Beam Suntory TR Sustainability Week

Leading global premium spirits company Beam Suntory is supporting the upcoming TR Sustainability Week as a Headline Sponsor.

The third edition of the annual virtual event, organised by TRBusiness, is taking place from 4-8 September 2023, ahead of World Cleanup Day on 16 September.

As the duty free and travel retail’s industry’s only event dedicated to sustainability, Travel Retail (TR) Sustainability Week brings together stakeholders to discuss and showcase the sustainable initiatives and services that are making their mark, as well as up-and-coming projects on the radar.

Throughout the week, TRBusiness is platforming a virtual festival of sustainability-themed content – all of which will be accessible via TRBusiness.com.

Duty free and travel retail stakeholders from around the world are invited to register for the free-to-attend event – all registered delegates will gain access to the full event agenda.

And our recently-published 2022 Sustainability Report highlights the progress we have made in terms of our long-term Proof Positive sustainability strategy and targets.

“Signing up as a Headline Sponsor is further evidence of our commitment to playing a leading sustainability role within the travel retail channel, which remains a high-profile platform for communicating our actions directly to a wide range of key consumers.”

He added: “We look forward to sharing our sustainability agenda and activities, and to collaborating with our industry peers, in order to continue fulfilling our objectives of protecting our environment; empowering our consumers to make responsible choices; and fostering inclusivity and equity across our value chain.”
