The China National Service Corporation for Chinese Personnel Working Abroad (CNSC) has continued its recent run of departures duty free contract wins by securing another concession at Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport.
CNSC, which recently captured airport duty free contracts in Nanjing, Nanchang and Quanzhou, will run an 893sq m duty free store in the Terminal 3 international departure hall at Guiyang Longdongbao.
The terminal is under construction and the agreement will be effective from the date the international departure hall is operational.
Located 11 kilometres from the centre of Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou Province, the airport is a large-scale regional hub in southwest china.
Passenger traffic airport showed a high growth trend between 2015 and 2019 thanks to the support of the local government.
Annual passenger throughout in 2019 was 21.9 million, an increase of 9% year-on-year.
