Lancôme creates ‘Beauty Never Stops’ campaign at Paris Charles de Gaulle

Over the summer period Lancôme showcased its portfolio of fragrances, skincare and makeup with a high-profile ‘Beauty Never Stops’ campaign at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. The event ran from 1 July until 10 September.
Eye-catching visuals featuring popular artist Aya Nakamura – the face of the campaign – were complemented by an airport pop-up shop that spotlighted the brand’s Summer Essentials. Product highlights included La Vie Est Belle fragrance; Lancôme UV Expert sun protection; and seasonal bronzers and colour palettes.
“This thoughtfully curated selection [was] a one-stop destination for all summer beauty essentials and exemplifies Lancôme’s commitment to providing a complete beauty solution,” the company said.
Lancôme showcases Summer Essentials
The activation incorporated a number of retailtainment elements and digital innovations. These included a photobooth with a backdrop of the Eiffel Tower, encouraging travellers to create a shareable souvenir of their visit to the pop-up.
The activation also included postcards created by French fashion illustrator Marc-Antoine Coulon, which visitors could keep or send to friends and family. Coulon’s fashion illustrations also featured in the pop-up’s interactive phygital Paris Summer Guide experience.
Passengers were invited to answer three questions, designed to reveal which illustrations resonated the most with their personal style. They then received a personalised Paris Summer City Guide by Lancôme, which contained “secret and authentic” addresses to visit, as well as bespoke beauty advice.

The final element of the campaign was a selection of GWPs with a Parisian touch. These included a stylish summer bag, described as a functional and fashionable accessory, ideal for exploring new destinations.
