Travalo to make IAADFS debut

By Caroline Sargent |

Following a successful entry into the Americas, Travalo has stated its intention to grow its perfume technology business in the region, starting with a debut appearance at The Duty Free Show of the Americas.

Preparing to showcase their latest product range at the event (stand 1515), the Travalo fragrance atomiser features pioneering spray technology, which produces an extra fine mist dispersing the perfume over a wider area, resulting in more efficient usage.

The interchangeable inner bottle offers the traveller more flexibility in that they can now alternate their favourite fragrances within the atomiser casing without the need for cleaning or waiting for the Travalo to run empty.

A selection of case styles and colours is also available to suit individual tastes.

Already successful in the Americas, Travalo has continued to expand the portfolio and now offers a wider range of products and price points specifically for travel retail.

The New Classic One retains its position as the popular everyday model, whilst the Refined Milano is exclusive and luxurious, ideal for evening occasions.

The Milano has already been picked up by American Airlines, US Airways, Air Canada and Avianca, with further listings secured recently with Virgin Atlantic, Emirates and Hawaiian Air, among others.

Commenting on IAADFS and the Americas and Caribbean market, John Kammerman, Travalo Travel Retail Manager, says, “This year will see us strengthening our relationship with airlines and working with key retailers on merchandising, placement and promotion, along with continued investment in ground-store displays.

“We are constantly striving to support our resellers by refining and evolving products, packaging and proposition.”
