YSL launches L’Homme Sport in France, Dubai and Oslo

Yves Saint Laurent reports a successful showcase in travel retail earlier this summer of its latest expression in men’s fragrance: YSL L’Homme Sport.

 

Described by the brand as ‘spirited and bold’, L’Homme Sport reinterprets the original woody, fresh fragrance with a new bergamot-aldehyde accord that becomes textured on the skin. ‘A timeless myth, highly masculine, highly magnetic, highly sexy,’ says YSL, attributes all embodied by the brand’s new face, French actor Olivier Martinez.

 

Yves Saint Laurent showcased L’Homme Sport at travel retail locations in Roissy Charles de Gaulle, Dubai and Oslo between May and June, featuring eye-catching red and white staging and the same model of classic motorbike ridden by Martinez in the advertising campaign.

 

Visitors to the podium were encouraged to have a Polaroid® picture taken with the bike to take home as a momento, and share their experiences via Twitter and other social media.
