Anyone who signed up to the programme between 27th April–30th September at Sydney Airport – 20,000 new members were recruited – was then entered into a competition to win a Porsche Cayman, which was displayed for the promotional period on the shop floor in Terminal 1.

Since then, a lucky winner has been declared; Gilian from the Central Coast NSW was contacted by Constantin Wiesmann, Managing Director at Heinemann Australia, who handed over the keys to the Porsche Cayman.

“Gillian was not the only winner,” says Heinemann. “New Heinemann & Me members were spoiled with a range of discounts as well as the opportunity to participate in a spinning wheel promotion with additional in-store discounts & rewards.”

PRIZE POOL OF OVER A$130,000

The total prize pool including the Porsche was over A$130,000. “Overall it was a highly successful start to our loyalty programme here in Sydney,” says Constantin Wiesmann. “I would like to thank all our involved colleagues for the joint success.

“Being a newcomer in the Australian retail market, we are looking at all opportunities to build a relationship between Heinemann and the Australian shopper.

“Heinemann & Me is a way for us to show loyalty to our customers, and offer them a programme that benefits them globally. We want to get to know customers and improve the shopping experience constantly.”
