Helena Rubinstein Travel Retail Asia Pacific has heralded a partnership with China Duty Free Group after debuting a first online-to-offline luxury travel event for the Helena Rubinstein brand in Sanya, Hainan.

More than 100 selected VIPs were invited for a personalised, ultra-premium travel experience at the Helena Rubinstein Villa at ‘The Sanya Edition’ luxury boutique hotel on 21-24 December.

“We are pleased to pioneer an unprecedented uber-luxe experience with China Duty Free Group,” said Petrina Kho, General Manager of Helena Rubinstein Travel Retail Asia Pacific.

“This first-ever Helena Rubinstein Travel Retail villa offered ways of building special relationships with our online and offline beauty travellers. We look forward to more innovative collaborations to come with China Duty Free Group in offering a digitised and personalised premium service to travellers in Hainan.”

Millions of viewers watched the livestream session on 21-23 December and enjoyed special offers and prizes as they shopped for their favourite Helena Rubinstein products via the CDFG online platform.

INFLUENCER LIVESTREAMING

The luxury campaign was livestreamed online on 21-23 December by two sought-after beauty influencers: Teacher Xu and Kakakaoo.

They shared travel beauty tips and showcased the Helena Rubinstein Powercell Serum and Cellglow Concentrate to more than 25 million viewers.

VIPs began their journey at the 2,335 sq m Helena Rubinstein villa poolside luxury estate at The Sanya Edition.

A gold-toned Helena Rubinstein logo welcomed guests after check-in, before they enjoyed tailor-made mocktail refreshments at the Helena Rubinstein bar.

They were also treated to a professional holiday photoshoot at the Helena Rubinstein studio, afternoon tea and a 24-carat gold leaf hand massage.

In addition, VIPs received an in-depth biometric skin analysis via the Helena Rubinstein skin analyser.
