Wrkit provides clients and users with a suite of modules to enhance employee/member and customer engagement.

Newly formed Shannon Retail Innovation has partnered with employee engagement software provider Wrkit to help DF&TR suppliers and their brands sell products.

Led by highly respected inflight executive Joe Harvey, who previously worked for Retail inMotion, Shannon Retail Innovation is placing client company brands and offers on Wrkit.com portals in all jurisdictions.

In doing so, it is opening a new market of 250,000 engaged employees/members and customers and driving new and incremental sales for suppliers, many of which have already signed up.

‘RELEVANT, COMPELLING AND ATTRACTIVE PRODUCTS’

A key element of this engagement is providing users with ‘relevant, compelling and attractive products’, through the Wrkit.com portals.

Joe Harvey new for web

Highly respected inflight executive Joe Harvey set-up Shannon Retail Innovation following his departure from Retail inMotion.

As a result of this partnership, Shannon Retail Innovation, which will represent entrepreneurial and start-up businesses in DF&TR, can open up new ‘blue sky’ opportunities for suppliers and brands.

Peter Jenkinson CEO, Wrkit commented: “The Wrkit team is delighted to launch these new brands and offers in focused and effective new channels and is looking forward to working with Shannon Retail Innovation. We appreciate this is a tough time for suppliers in travel retail and this gives us a chance to support them and bring in new incremental revenue.”

Currently serving user bases in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom, Wrkit provides clients and users with a suite of modules to enhance employee/member and customer engagement. Recently launched in the USA and Australia, the company works with businesses of all sizes.
