Butterfly Twists hires Jordan Design in POS deal

London-based travel retail design agency Jordan Design has been appointed by Butterfly Twists to develop point-of-sale displays (pictured) for the brand women’s folding footwear. It is Jordan Design’s first fashion client.
Butterfly Twists – which is handled in DF&TR by McG Consultants – was launched in 2009 and won its first duty-free listings in 2012 with global operators Nuance, Dufry, World Duty Free and Gebr Heinemann across the US, Europe and Middle East.
Co-founder, Philippe Homsy, says: “Jordan Design has produced a lightweight, free-standing unit. The sleek, elegant design features an integrated sliding shelf-in-shelf unit to showcase both open and folded shoes.”
Commenting on its first fashion client, Jordan Design owner, Ben Jordan, adds: “We enjoyed the challenge of developing a multi-functional unit within a restrictive retail environment.”
The group has two decades experience designing retail displays for premium and ultra-premium brands such as The Macallan and multi-category spaces for retailers in airports and on ferries worldwide.
