Coaching sessions to complement TRMarketplace webinar programme

TRBusiness and Bluedog Productions are delighted to announce a further initiative to support industry executives during the TRMarketplace Digital Forum which takes place from 28 September to 2 October.
In a bid to provide additional relevant, insightful and inspiring content for all attendees – brand hub exhibitors and visitors – during the five-day event, the webinar programme will include a two-part coaching series, presented by the charismatic and experienced management consultant and author, Mark Taylor.
Mark Taylor has spent the last two decades of his life supporting organisations in the creation of successful and sustainable business strategies.
His company, Taylored Development, provides people with a development strategy, evaluation, measurement, capability design and ROI consultancy. His clients include Nestlé, Danone, P&G, JTI, Constellation Brands, Expedia and Trivago among many other multibillion-dollar operations.
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AT TRMARKETPLACE
The strategy and coaching sessions complement the TR Talentpool Initiative which aims to support those who have lost their jobs in duty free & travel retail as a result of Covid-19, by offering free of charge entry to the TRMarketplace event in September, including unlimited access to the platform for a month before to allow them to book meetings with all participants and discuss potential career opportunities.
In the first of the two-part session entitled ‘Strategies for the new normal’ Mark will deliver a thought-provoking analysis of some of the major challenges facing the industry today and how companies and individuals can address these to get ahead.
He will address some of the underlying problems with duty free retailing, provide his thoughts on why manufacturers and retailers are eroding value in each others’ businesses and share his strategies for developing a retailing environment that can double profit for all stakeholders. This first part will take place on Monday 28 September at 11am UK time.
The second part of this strategic analysis, which will take place on Thursday 1 October at 11am UK time, Mark Taylor will address some of the more operational aspects of how to succeed in the post-Covid travel retail environment.
HOW TO REALISE GREATER VALUE FOR ALL STAKEHOLDERS
In this session, the global behavioural change expert will share his strategies for executives on how to negotiate value in the post-covid context. He will share his ideas on behaviour and processes that eat into the bottom line and how to realise greater value for all stakeholders.
