Lamy fuses TR exclusives with engaging retail space
By Pepi Sappal |
German premium writing instrument manufacturer Lamy hopes to impress visitors at TFWA Cannes with its latest collections in a stimulating retail environment typically found at its stores worldwide.
Designed to mimic an actual Lamy store, visitors attending the TFWA World Exhibition and Conference will get to live the brand experience, as well as see the travel retail exclusive collections.
“Successfully selling a lifestyle product also means providing a stimulating retail environment for the design loving shoppers,” said the brand.
Visitors can expect to see the complete product portfolio, including the ‘iconic all-time bestsellers’ Safari, AL-star and Lx.
The manufacturer will also reveal the new LAMY aion, “an innovative series of writing instruments that stands out through its progressive use of forms, contours and surfaces”.
Although the brand is particularly popular with tech-savvy and design-oriented millennials, Lamy has successfully positioned itself as a lifestyle brand with varying price points and target groups, helping it to achieve record levels of international growth in recent years.
Thanks to its “collaboration with leading designers, Lamy has also won more design awards than any other brand in the category,” added the brand.
Lamy will be exhibiting in the Mediterranean Village, booth N13.
