GenZ RedY from m1nd-set and Blueprint will now be available to view online.
Due to popular demand, travel retail research agency m1nd-set has added a recorded on-demand version of its Cannes GenZ RedY Consumer Workshop for those who cannot make it in-person.
m1nd-set has partnered with Copenhagen-based business development agency Blueprint for the workshop, which will deliver in-depth shopper insights on the Gen Z consumer segment.
The full three-hour workshop, set to take place on Sunday 1 October at the Majestic Hotel in Cannes, will be recorded and shared. The presentation, interactive discussion and Q&A session will also be available.
Topics set to be covered in detail include where the Gen Z segment sources shopping information and their path to purchase in the GTR channel.
Shopping habits and likes and dislikes about the travel retail and duty free offering will also be discussed.
Another key theme is social and environmental responsibility, values known to be key to Gen Z consumers. The workshop will explore the implications of this in travel retail and duty free.
According to the organisers, GenZ RedY Consumer Workshop insights are aimed at all sectors and companies within GTR.
GenZ RedY Consumer Workshop: ‘Strong demand’
“Busy agendas and exhibition preparations ahead of the TFWA World Exhibition & Conference have led to a strong demand for a recorded version among many delegates attending the Cannes show,” said Thomas Kaneko Henningsen, Blueprint partner.
“It has generated huge interest among our partners and across the industry, so we have decided to make a recording of this first edition available along with the full insights presentation that delegates attending in person will discover during the three-hour workshop.
“The high demand has also prompted us to roll-out more physical workshops at various locations over the months to follow, with the first venue to be announced in the very near future.”

Peter Mohn and Thomas Henningsen will lead the workshop.
Dr. Peter Mohn, m1nd-set owner and CEO, added: “The data clearly shows that Gen Zs will present an enormous opportunity, and an even larger challenge for the travel retail and duty free channel.
“Brands and retailers are gradually coming to realise how unique this shopper segment is, how differently Gen Zs behave and consequently how important it is to adapt and evolve their positioning to attract them and remain relevant.”
The GenZ RedY Consumer Workshop is taking place on Sunday 1 October from 2:30pm to 5.30pm at Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes. Tickets cost €200 and can be bought online here.
