Moshi unveils first washable and re-useable OmniGuard Mask with filters

US-based electronics and accessories supplier Moshi has launched its first washable and re-usable OmniGuard Mask which protects users in all environments.
The Californian company’s proprietary Nanohedron filters protect against bacteria, pollen, dust, smoke, viruses, pollution and filter out particles as small as 75 nanometres. Filters last for up to six weeks and can be sanitised using alcohol spray.
According to the company, which opened a second store at Los Angeles International Airport in Terminal 4 in 2018, the aim was to provide a product suitable for everyday wear.
‘THE BEST PROTECTION’
Moshi said: “High-quality, technologically advanced materials provide the best protection, with a unique 3D design, adjustable nose clip and padded ear-loops ensuring they can be worn all day.”
The company said the masks were ideal for people living in locations with poor air quality due to seasons, air pollution, fire, dust or where respiratory illness is becoming more common.
Commuters encountering vehicle fumes, smoke, crowded areas and other respiratory threats while cycling, walking or taking public transport will also benefit from wearing the mask.
All Moshi products are eligible for the company’s 10-year Global Warranty programme.
