MSX extends supply deal with NAAFI

By Kevin Rozario |

Supply-side travel retail specialist Macintyre Scott Xtra (MSX) has signed a two-year deal to deliver a catalogue of products to the UK’s Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes’ sites across the world.

Naafi operates retail and F&B services for the UK’s forces overseas. As well as its traditional retail, catering and leisure offer, Naafi also provides outlets in areas that are not commercially advantageous so that it can deliver home essentials and services that would otherwise not be available.

This latest contract will see MSX warehouse and deliver well-known brands, including Johnny Walker, Bombay Sapphire, Jack Daniels and Famous Grouse, into Naafi’s UK ships and overseas locations, including the Falkland Islands.

Reg Curtis, CEO of Naafi (pictured left) says: “MSX has supplied NAAFI superbly for well over a decade, servicing our needs around the world and we are delighted to cement our relationship with this latest two-year deal.”

Nicola Ridges-Jones (right in picture), Managing Director of MSX, adds: “Nothing stands as testament to a good job done more than repeat business. We look forward to continuing our long and valued relationship with Naafi under this latest contract.”

MSX is one of the UK travel retail industry’s longest-serving suppliers of bonded warehousing with clients that include Carnival UK, Brittany Ferries and World Duty Free among others.
