Estée Lauder lights up Hainan for Night Shopping Festival & Gifting Wonderland

Last month Estée Lauder Global Spokesmodel, Yang Mi kicked off an impressive light show across multiple Hainan locations to celebrate the beauty giant’s immersive new shopping experience in Sanya, in partnership with China Duty Free Group (CDFG).

 

For the fourth consecutive year, Estée Lauder, together with CDFG, staged the festive event, initiating with a light show before welcoming a ‘Night Shopping Festival’; an after-hours exclusive experience at a ‘Gifting Wonderland’ pop-up at Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex. The event also incorporated a performance by musician Bibi Zhou.

 

A ‘Gifting Wonderland’ pop-up store appeared in the Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex (Haitang Bay) and within CDFG’s Duty Free Shop at Haikou Melian Airport.

 

Designed as a candy shop, the spaces feature Estée Lauder’s top-selling products and exclusive gift sets along with various interactive experiences such as photo stations, digital games, and live makeup tutorials.

Special Estée Lauder sets that can only be purchased at key CDFG retail outlets in Hainan, Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, and Guangzhou, include the Nighttime Skincare Essentials Set, which comprises the following products: Perfectly Clean Multi-Action Foam Cleanser/Purifying Mask 150ml; Advanced Night Repair Serum Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex 100ml; Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Complex Synchronized Recovery 15ml; Micro Essence Skin Activating Treatment Lotion 200ml; Revitalizing Supreme+ Global Anti-Aging Power Soft Crème 75ml.

Estée Lauder also created a virtual experience  through the brand’s WeChat Mini Program, ‘Duty Free Social Circle’, allowing consumers to make purchases, retrieve information on travel exclusive sets, and redeem special offers.
