Luxottica Group has partnered with DFS for its fourth global exclusive preview for Prada eyewear.

DFS will pre-launch the Prada Special Project for Asia sunglasses at all downtown T Galleria stores in Hong Kong and Macau, before its global debut next month. The campaign will run throughout the holiday season.

Luxottica and DFS have collaborated to create an integrated marketing campaign to support the launch. This features exposure through prominent lightboxes in malls and activities across DFS’ social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Weibo and Xiao Hong Shu – Little Red Book) and website. This also ties in with DFS’ Lunar New Year campaign.

In-store consumers will receive a Prada-branded pouch as a gift with every purchase of the latest Prada Special Project for Asia sunglasses.

Available in two colours, Black (Model no. 0PR60XS AAV0A7) and Rose Gold (Model no. 0PR60XS 08E03C), the sunglasses are housed in a large metal frame with adjustable nose pads and designed for Asian features.

Enrico Destro, Global Travel Retail Director, Luxottica commented: “The Prada Special Project for Asia pre-launch collaboration, the fourth consecutive execution of its kind, is a reflection of our long-standing partnership with DFS. At Luxottica, we recognise the importance of the Asia Pacific region in driving category growth and we strive to meet our traveling consumers’ ever-changing demands and needs.”
