Accolade Wines appoints Jeff Bond as Senior Regional Manager, EMEA, GTR

Jeff Bond has been appointed new Senior Regional Manager, EMEA, Global Travel Retail, Accolade Wines.

Accolade Wines has appointed Jeff Bond as new Senior Regional Manager, EMEA, Global Travel Retail.

Bond joins Accolade from British American Tobacco, where he spent eight years, most recently working as Global Customer Group Manager GTR. Previously, he spent more than 10 years at Diageo.

He brings a wealth of experience in domestic markets and GTR, according to Accolade. Martin Mackinnon, General Manager, Global Travel Retail & Regional Sales Director EMEA, Accolade commented: “I’m very excited to have Jeff’s experience and talent leading our GTR agenda in EMEA. He has a proven record of success in growing brands and customer management.”

Bond remarked: “I am delighted to be joining Accolade Wines to help realise its aspiration to double the wine category by 2025. While we are currently in extremely challenging times, we are not only supporting our valued customers but also planning for the future.

“We see huge potential in travel retail and believe quality, globally recognised wine brands can play an important role in the resurrection of the sector.”

Bond added: “We have an outstanding portfolio that consumers recognise, from mainstream brands such as Hardy’s and Echo Falls, two of the world’s top 10 wine brands, to our premium brands portfolio including Grant Burge, St. Hallett, Petaluma, House of Arras, and much more.
