Puig delivers Candy Gloss to Prada fragrance line

PradaPrada Candy Gloss – the new range extension to the Prada Candy fragrance collection – has launched into travel retail.

Available in EDT 50ml and 80ml formats at all regional TR counters beginning this month, Prada Candy Gloss evolved from the idea of applying olfactory layers to create a rich and uplifting new expression of femininity.

The multi-coated fragrance, devised by perfumer Daniela Andrier under the creative direction of Miuccia Prada, exudes a gourmande journey through “explosive pop flavours, where taste and smell overlap to form a shamelessly indulgent experience”.

Sweet base notes of vanilla-like almond marry with musk in another sweet lustrous texture to produce a sensation similar to a pastel pink and sugared almond dragée.

The scent is further accentuated by top notes of cherry and orange blossom to uplift the heart of the fragrance.

Packaged in bright pink with shiny gold piping, the box features lipstick motifs inside and outside in a nod to the iconic Prada lip print, while the bottle itself possesses a curved bottom, adding further pink tones.

The Prada Candy fragrance collection includes original Prada Candy, Prada Candy Florale and Prada Candy Kiss.

“Bright, sensual and bold, Prada Candy fragrances are delightfully addictive scents inspired by the sweetest, most gourmande facets of the Prada woman, for whom life is lived at its fullest and limits are passé, yet indulgence remains surprisingly refined,” notes the brand’s campaign.
