Indian national wins Dubai’s $1m Millennium promotion

Ajesh Padmanabhan is the latest lucky winner of Dubai Duty Free’s Millennium Millionaire promotion, with Sharjah resident Indian national hitting the jackpot with ticket number 1584 in Series 235.
The draw was made earlier this week on Concourse B at Dubai International Airport where Mr Padmanabhan’s persistence was rewarded as a regular participant in the lucky draw.
BOTH DRAWS REMAIN VERY POPULAR
The latest Millennium Millionaire winner said he couldn’t believe his luck after he two bought his winning ticket online and he thanked Dubai Duty Free for his win.
Meanwhile, another two winners have also been announced in the Finest Surprise Promotion.
These included Mr Dany Zahra, a Dubai-based Lebanese national who bought his winning ticket under his daughter’s name – Daniella Zahra – and promptly won an Aston Martin Vantage Sportshift (Stratus White).
The other lucky winner was Prajwal Raj Paudel, a Nepalese from Dubai, who actually became a winner for the second time, with his prize this month a Ducati Monster Bike 821.
The latest Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire and Finest Surprise draws were conducted by Colm McLoughlin, Executive Vice Chairman and CEO; Ramesh Cidambi, COO; Nic Bruwer, Executive Vice President Commercial; Sinead El Sibai, Senior Vice President, Marketing; Sean Staunton, Senior Vice President Retail Sales and Joselito Chu, Assistant Manager Display.
