New Camus Elegance Cognac art campaign

By Caroline Sargent |

The House of Camus has unveiled its latest Elegance campaign featuring two original illustrations for its XO and VSOP Elegance expressions by artist Matthieu Forichon.

Depicting the ‘sharing of a perfect cognac moment’ in a symbolic place to the Camus family, the Château du Plessis, the brand chose the artist for the way Forichon’s work ‘mixes the traditional precepts of Cognac with the real world, anchoring in harmony, the design of the decanters to the pure lines of the illustrations.’

For five generations, the Camus family has created its own distinctive style of advertising, using drawings and illustrations.

‘Through this latest campaign, Matthieu Forichon has created a perfect timeless connection between the past and the present of Camus by renewing and modernising this pictorial tradition,’ says the house.
