Delhi Duty Free Services launches festive promotions

Delhi Duty Free Services (DDFS) has launched serveral new promotional campaigns for December and the new year.
The retailer, which offers liquor, tobacco, confectionary, perfumes and cosmetics, luxury apparel and accessories at Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 3, has extended its flagship ‘Duty Free Delights’ promotions for December.

“We wanted to surprise international travellers with amazing offers and promotions that will create unforgettable happiness that last all year round.”
The third edtiion of its Malt Fest promotion has also been launched, offering over 100 malts from various parts of Scotland. This Malt Festival ensures malt enthusiasts and novices unite to explore the range of single malts in the region.
Discounts of at least 20% on the purchase of two bottles from a select range are also available during the month-long festival. Over 15 malt brands have partnered with DDFS for the promotion.
For chocolate lovers, DDFS has ensured ‘even greater value’ by offering 25% off purchases on any three chocolate products from selected participating brands.
The retailer has also partnered with MasterCard to launch the ‘Winter Shopping Festival’. Shoppers paying for purhhases of over Rs7,000 ($100) on their MasterCard, will receive a gift-card worth Rs300. All MasterCard shoppers will go into a draw for the chance to win a trip for two to Singapore.
Shoppers will also enjoy up to Rs750 cash-back when using payment platform Wallet Paytm to pay for purchases.
AWARD WINNERS
Meanwhile, DDFS, which conducted its 32nd ‘Win Cash 25 Lacs’ luxury draw on 21 December, triumphed at the Economic Times Now Star of the Industry Awards; For Excellence in Branding & Marketing.
The awards were held at the Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi on 21 Deember during a ceremony attended by senior executives from leading brands.
Eckles claimed the Best use of Social Media in India’ award, while Ashish Chopra, COO, DDFS took home the Retail Professional of the Year in India prize.
