Red Bull Racing expands presence in travel retail with 20 new listings

Michael Pachleitner Group, parent and manufacturer of Red Bull Racing Eyewear, has expanded its presence in travel retail, in 2014. Michael Pachleitner Group says it established 20 new contacts at the recent TWFA Asia Pacific Singapore 2014.
Sales Director for Travel Retail Karl Stoiber says: “Further new listings on board include Russian airline Aeroflot, EVA Airways and Ukraine International Airline among others. The brand’s awareness in the Asian market has increased a lot in comparison to last year.”
Besides airline listings, Red Bull Racing Eyewear says it could be listed at several new airports e.g. St Petersburg or Nuance Sun Catcher shop at Zurich airport.
“Asia Pacific is ‘a dominant force’ in its travel retail business,” said Stoiber. In addition to new listings, more negotiations have been begun. With an emphasis on China, openings are also planned in Thailand, Malaysia and India.
Red Bull Racing Eyewear sees itself as lifestyle eyewear brand, merging the influences of Formula One with ‘fashionable colours and shapes that appeal to sportive and trendy people around the world’.
