Ritz-Carlton-Moscow-leadCJSC Aeromar – who produce and deliver in-flight meals within the Russian Federation – and ISG Hong Kong are collaborating with ISPY to organize the Sky Service event.

Sky Service is a new retail event for Russia, CIS countries and the region, which aims to drive standards of onboard service and sales by utilising modern technologies.

The three-day event will be split into four sections including an exhibition, conference, crew training and assessments as well as food shows.

The conference programme will include formal and informal discussions and presentations, which explore opportunities to expand cooperation, knowledge and experience relating to the airline duty free offer, buy onboard and crew engagement.

ISPY will provide the crew training, assessment and motivation elements of the Sky Service event. “We are very excited about this opportunity and it fits perfectly with our strategy of taking ISPY ‘on tour’ during 2016 and 2017 and we hope to widen this opportunity to our valued ISPY sponsors, as this is obviously a growth area for them,” says Christine Martin, Managing Director, TRT.

“Inflight Sales Group is delighted to take part in this project and co-sponsor the Sky Service event,” adds Jean Marcel Rouff, CEO Inflight Sales Group. “It is a great opportunity to meet all retail experts, airlines from and outside the region and develop crew best practices.”

The event will take place on 19th – 21st April 2016 at Ritz Carlton in Moscow.
