L’Oréal Travel Retail partners with Avolta for Alien Hypersense takeover
By Faye Bartle |

Nail paintings mirrored the ‘vibrancy and mystique’ of the Alien Hypersense fragrance.
L’Oréal Travel Retail has joined forces with Avolta to orchestrate an Alien Hypersense takeover at Birmingham and Stansted airports.
During April, 2024, travellers were invited to discover Alien Hypersense: The New Refillable Eau de Parfum, which is fronted by supermodel Anok Yai.
The immersive activations took a cue from the brand world of Alien Hypersense, which invites consumers to ‘awaken their senses’ and ‘unleash their inner Alien’.
Visitors could stop by the manicure stations for a nail makeover inspired by Yai’s ‘inner alien’.
The scent is described as a woody floral with ‘awakening’ green mandarin and ‘juicy’ pear accord.
This is in addition to the brand’s signature jasmine sambac from India (used for the first time in the brand’s history) and cashmeran, an ambery wood.

The immersive retail design universe featured a striking purple textured floor inspired by the Alien hypersense Haze.
Mugler is the only fashion brand owned by L’Oréal.
