US actress and singer Amanda Seyfried is the latest in a distinguished list of personalities to have been selected to front campaigns for global beauty house Lancôme.

Seyfried, 34, bolsters an impressive roster of models and ambassadors for the L’Oréal-owned brand, which already features the likes of Julia Roberts, Kate Winslet, Isabella Rossellini, Penelope Cruz, Lupita Nyong’o and most recently Zendaya Coleman.

As a leading Hollywood actress and red carpet regular, Seyfried is well known for her starring role as Sophie in the Golden Globe nominated musical franchise Mamma Mia!

She recently starred with Milo Ventimiglia in Simon Curtis’ adaptation of ‘The Art of Racing in the Rain’ and her credits include Les Miserables, Ted 2 and First Reformed.

Among other engagements in 2020, she is set to star alongside Kevin Bacon in David Koepp’s ‘You Should Have Left’ and will be the voice of Daphne Blake in the Warner Bros animated film Scoob.

Outside of film, Seyfried is passionate about philanthropy and particularly animal welfare. She is involved in the Best Friends Animal Society.

Francoise Lehmann, President, Lancôme International said: “We are so happy to be able to welcome Amanda to our family. As a true Lancôme woman, Amanda brings her immense talent as an actress and singer, her natural beauty and unequalled zest for life to our world. She perfectly represents our values and we look forward to an exciting time together.”
